All the staffs are professional. Their service is exceeded expection. Especially, I am much appreciated for the assistance from Mr. Altin Diko. If you have the chance to visit Istanbul, I recommend you to choose Kaya Istanbul Fair ＆ Convention Hotel to stay.

Perfect location for visiting the exhibition and conference centre. Excellent hotel, a friendly welcome from the front of house team who were very helpful. My room was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Very good spa, pool and gym facility. A choice or restaurants, I ate in the Turkuaz restaurant, with both indoor and outdoor terrace seating. It was nice to chill on the terrace with a nice cool Turkish beer and snacks before moving inside to eat. An extensive menu, lovely food and I took advantage of the amazing buffet on offer two of the nights, including some very tempting desserts! A big thank you to Ümit, Ridvan and especially Sena for their welcome and hospitality and thanks for my special flat white coffee!!

Great hotel, so friendly and gentil staff. We stayed for 3 nights. I had a single room with the husband and one another for my elder sister. They had come for the Expomed exhibition in Tuyap. I had a sew view, it was hilarious with a double bathroom. Room was fairly clean. We had a small issue with reserving the breakfast for my sister during her stay. Although I choosed a no breakfast room unintentionally, the staff helped us. Aybüke, Kenan and Eda, really appreciated 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Breakfast deserves a special clapping 👏🏻. It was so tasty and lots of options. My sister said at the end that if she stayed at hotel for the third time, they were such welcoming. I was very pleased with my stay, Thank you !

The Kaya Istanbul Fair & Convention hotel exceeded my expectations with its excellent facilities and top-notch service. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, making my stay very comfortable. The hotel's location was convenient for attending the nearby convention center, and the stunning views from the higher floors were a bonus. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, catering to a wide range of tastes.

Very friendly staff and well equipped hotel. Rooms a bit outdated but all well intact with well filled minibar and complementary water, fruit and nuts. Next to Tayup exhibition center hence the excellence on location. Staff is brilliant. Compliments to the Albanian manager who spoke French and German as well!
